Specialized Property Management will:

• enforce all Rules and Regulations stated in your community bylaws.

• provide professional guidance and assistance in management and financial matters.

• be available to attend and provide advice at board meetings and all other meetings that might be held.

• act as an independent and impartial third party when problem arise between unit owners and B.O.D.

• Offer 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week emergency contact with immediate response.
